Cirolini's extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is made from Northern California Olives. These olives are cold pressed (without chemicals or heat). The milling of the olives produces an EVOO that is of green olives with a hint of fresh pear. It's perfect for dipping with a rustic bread, used in salads or splash over fresh vegetables.
